Last updated July 27, 2026. Short version: we collect what we need to shoot your listing and get paid, and we don't sell it.
Who we are
Highridge Real Estate Media, a DBA of ArrowBear Media LLC, based in Running Springs, California. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Contact details — name, email, phone, brokerage.
- Booking details — property address, square footage, access instructions, gate and lockbox codes, occupancy and pet information, scheduling preferences.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number. Card details are held by the payment processor under their own security standards; we see only the last four digits and the expiry.
- Media — photographs and video of the property, which may incidentally include people, vehicles, or personal belongings present at the time.
- Website usage — basic, aggregate traffic information. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
To schedule and complete shoots, deliver media, invoice and collect payment, provide support, and — if you have worked with us — occasionally contact you about our services. That's the whole list.
Access codes
Lockbox and gate codes are used only to access the property for the scheduled shoot and are deleted after delivery. Do not send us codes you would not want written down; where possible, give us a code that expires.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us operate: our payment processor, our media delivery and hosting platform, our email provider, and our accountant. Each receives only what they need. We may disclose information if legally required.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Media and portfolio use
We retain copies of media we produce and may display it in our portfolio and marketing, as described in our Terms of Service. If a property is sensitive, tell us in writing before the shoot and we will not display it.
If a person is identifiable in a delivered image and you would rather they weren't, tell us and we will re-edit or remove the image.
How long we keep things
Delivered media stays available for download for 90 days, after which it may be archived or deleted. Business records — invoices, bookings, contracts — are kept as long as tax and legal requirements demand. Access codes are deleted after delivery.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email, or by replying and asking.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
