How it works
The terms, in plain language.
- Travel
- No travel fee anywhere on the mountain, Crestline to Big Bear. No fee to San Bernardino, Highland, Redlands or Yucaipa either. Rest of the Inland Empire is a flat $50, waived on two or more same-day bookings. See the map.
- Turnaround
- Photos delivered the next business day. Video within 48 hours. Rush same-day available for $75.
- Payment
- Card on file when you book. Nothing charged until your media is delivered. Usage license transfers on payment.
- Weekends
- No surcharge. Mountain agents work weekends and I'm not going to bill you for that.
- Weather
- Snow days reschedule free. I'm not charging mountain clients for mountain weather. Same-day cancellation or no access is $75.
- Rescheduling
- Free with 24 hours' notice.
- Aerials
- FAA Part 107 certified and insured. Flights are subject to FAA authorization, and restrictions can appear with little notice. If a flight can't be authorized, the package price drops by the drone value. You never pay for a shot I couldn't take.
- Volume
- Shooting 12+ listings a year? Ask about Ridge Partner — priority scheduling, a faster delivery guarantee, and a free fresh-snow re-shoot each winter.
