There is no valley rate card and no mountain surcharge. The four closest cities carry no travel fee at all. Everywhere else across the Inland Empire is a flat $50 — and that's waived the moment you book two shoots the same day.

A flat lot is a different problem.
A house on a flat valley lot is a problem of symmetry and street presence — get the geometry right, hold the windows, make the front elevation read from the kerb. A cabin on a wooded slope is a problem of canopy and fast-moving light. We shoot both weekly, which is the reason an agent working the whole corridor only has to make one call.
