Booking

Let's get it on the calendar.

Card on file when you book. Nothing charged until your media is delivered. Free reschedule with 24 hours' notice, and snow days always reschedule free.

What we need from you

  1. Property address. Anywhere on the mountain is the same price — we just need to find it.
  2. Square footage. It sets the package price and the photography tier.
  3. Occupied or vacant, and whether there are pets on site.
  4. How we get in. Lockbox code, gate code, or are you meeting us there?
  5. Which package, and any add-ons. Not sure — tell us the listing price and we'll tell you what we'd shoot.
Photography by square footage

We batch Big Bear on Tuesdays and Fridays. Ridge shoots run most other days.

Before you book

What if it snows?

We reschedule, free. We don't charge mountain clients for mountain weather. If anything, call us the morning after — that's when the exterior shot is best.

What if you can't fly?

Aerials depend on FAA authorization, and during a fire-season restriction that isn't always granted. If we can't fly, the package price drops by the drone value. You never pay for a shot we couldn't take.

When do I pay?

On delivery. Your card goes on file at booking so we're not chasing paperwork later, but nothing is charged until the media is in your hands.

What if the twilight gets fogged out?

Summit includes a real twilight shoot, and the mountain does not always cooperate. We'll make one free attempt to reschedule it. If that one is lost too, you get three additional virtual twilights and a $150 credit — and everything else in the package still delivers on schedule.
