We shoot listings from Crestline to Big Bear and from San Bernardino to Yucaipa — same crew, same rate card, either end of the drive. Over a decade behind a camera: aerial work, commercial video and event coverage across these mountains. Listing photography is that same craft pointed at a different problem.
A cabin on a wooded slope and a house on a flat lot are not the same shoot. One is a problem of canopy, elevation and light that moves fast; the other is a problem of symmetry and street presence. Doing both well is the reason an agent working the whole corridor only has to make one call.
And the reason there's no travel fee on this rate card is arithmetic, not generosity. Running Springs sits in the middle of the mountain — fifteen minutes from Lake Arrowhead, thirty from Big Bear, half an hour down the 330 to San Bernardino. There's genuinely nothing to charge you for. When a listing needs snow on the roof, we can be there inside the window where it still looks like that.

The mountain is the priority — it's where we live and where nobody is going to beat us to a listing. But the 330 runs both ways. San Bernardino, Highland, Redlands and Yucaipa sit at the bottom of a drive we're already making, so they carry no travel fee either. Further out across the Inland Empire it's a flat $50, waived if you book two shoots the same day.
