Highridge is the real estate arm of ArrowBear Media, a working media company based in Running Springs. I've been shooting professionally for years — resorts, events, aerial work across the San Bernardino Mountains. Listings are the same craft pointed at a different problem.

The reason this business exists is simple arithmetic. Running Springs sits in the middle of the mountain — fifteen minutes from Lake Arrowhead, thirty from Big Bear, and half an hour down the 330 to San Bernardino. There's no travel fee on this rate card because there's genuinely nothing to charge you for, and when a listing needs snow on the roof I can be there inside the window where it still looks like that.

What I bring

• FAA Part 107 certified. Current, insured, and LAANC on my phone, so aerials get flown legally and without a scheduling delay.
• Published prices. The full rate card is on the website — packages, add-ons, travel, terms. You should be able to price a listing presentation without emailing anyone.
• Next business day. On photos, every time. That's a commitment, not an estimate — turnaround is what I'd rather be judged on.

Down the hill

The mountain is the priority — it's where I live and where I'm genuinely faster than anyone else. But the 330 runs both ways. San Bernardino, Highland, Redlands and Yucaipa sit at the bottom of a drive I'm already making, so they carry no travel fee either. Further out across the Inland Empire it's a flat $50, waived if you book two shoots the same day. Details and a map here.
